Course Description:

Kentucky Rural Health Association, in partnership with Kentucky Department for Public Health's Adult Viral Hepatitis Prevention Program and Kentucky Immunization Program will provide education on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of those affected by hepatitis with main focus on hepatitis B and hepatitis C.

Course Objectives:

1. Participants will have an increased awareness of the incidence of hepatitis B and hepatitis C in Kentucky

2. Participants will have knowledge on the latest diagnosis and treatment options for hepatitis

3. Participants will gain tools to improve quality of care for their clients and tools to aide in prevention of hepatitis.
