Course Description:

Intake and Case Management

This training is intended for new and experienced Child Support staff who need to be able to prioritize cases, close cases, and create and read worklist items and events. The primary focus of this training is to provide the proper procedures for prioritization of child support cases as mandated by the federal government. Topics include: the forms necessary to close cases, prioritize cases providing practice on forms, time frames and technical information on updating the KASES system. The information needed to maintain a worklist on KASES and create case events will also be included.
