Child Support Audit Tool Training
This training is intended for new and experienced Child Support professionals who need to be able to calculate child support arrearages. The CSE Audit Tool Program is a tool designed to calculate arrears balances on all IV-D child support cases. The audit tool allows users to input multiple IV-D numbers and payees into a single audit; create new audits or work with previously-created audits; manually input information as well as import data directly from KASES, KAMES, and JCASES; easily show changes in the physical custody of the child(ren) listed on the case and compute both full and partial audits. Once all information is entered in the audit tool, the program provides multiple reports, offering general information or detailed balance summaries owed to various payees.
Participants will receive hands-on practice to learn how to determine and gather the information necessary to conduct a thorough audit, import and manually input information into the CSE Audit Tool, calculate audits and generate various reports to determine appropriate arrearage subaccount balances.
